This technical forum aims to provide practitioners, teachers and students with developments in the applications of Operations Research and Analytics. The discussions by the accomplished speakers in various service industries will support the theoretical learning of OR/ Analytics in schools and enrich practitioners’ knowledge of applications in areas other than their current involvement. Specifically, the participants will learn from the experiences of practitioners in the food service, banking and finance, airlines and logistics sectors.
